Last night was lawn chair night at the Uprising. We asked students to bring a lawn chair, invite a friend, and then bring a lawn chair for their friend. The entire student space was cleared out and there were chairs everywhere. Our band was off the charts and sometime later this week I will share with you video of the song, "Home Sweet Home" as performed by the Uprising band. Yes, Motley Crue's song "Home Sweet Home." The guitar solo in it was insane. The students responded very well to the challenge to bring friends. Half of our regular crowd brought a friend for a 48% increase in our regular attendance.
