This is Jon Evans & Andy Baxter. Jon is in charge of our middle school program and Andy oversees our band and music. When I first came here in March of this year I made a few adjustments. Transitioning Jon to middle school and Andy to worship could have created tension. With Jon and Andy I knew that no matter what the challenge they would roll up their sleeves and make any transition possible to love on students. This coming school year will hold a lot more changes for the uprising. I am grateful to have these two guys in the battle with me.

Men of Red Bull...

Chad, since I am going to be leading the south youth ministry, do I have to grow facial hair and drink energy drinks? Do you think differently about me knowing I don't have facial hair and all I drink is coffee?
