12 seconds is all you get!

They say you only have a bout three minutes of someones time before they reach a decision of whether or not they will return to engage you or whatever you represent. Well, how about 12 seconds? This site is still in beta but it will be the video version of twitter. With twitter you only get so many characters and with 12seconds.tv that's all you get to present what's on your mind. Can you do that? It will be a cool concept.
