uh, wow... "it's fun to do bad things"

Watch this video of a seven year old who got mad at his grandmother and took her Dodge Durango for a spin.

This is like a micro image of the level of discernment and accountability that students live with today. Along with the pain and instability. I don't know all of the situation but grandma has custody and there is no layer or evidence of a father in the mix during the conversation. So what do you think? What would you say to this kid? How much relational investment do you think you would need to make to crack his exterior? Thoughts? How do you help students understand accountability and personal responsibility, when dad and mom are pseudo out of the picture?
